Adams & Martin Group is partnering with an established San Diego organization to identify an experienced Transactional Paralegal with commercial leasing experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with hands-on contract experience who can step into a fast-paced, collaborative environment and provide immediate support.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and brings strong drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills. Prior paralegal experience supporting transactional legal work is required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Experience with document automation software is a plus.

Transactional Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and revise a variety of contracts and supporting legal documents.
• Work closely with legal and business teams to confirm documents accurately reflect agreed-upon terms.
• Coordinate with internal and external contacts to obtain information, resolve outstanding items, and keep matters moving forward.
• Manage multiple document requests and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Organize electronic records and ensure final documents are properly maintained and accessible.
• Assist with process improvements and help maintain templates and standardized language.
• Provide general transactional and administrative support to the legal team as needed.
